Value Service

The  Basic Service is designed for the high mileage car user (regularly exceeding 2000 miles a month), or vehicles which require frequent checks. Our technicians will test all of the main moving parts that may need attention over a short period of time.

We recommend booking in for a basic Service every six months to prevent any unforeseen faults with your car.

Full Service

Book a Full Service and benefit from comprehensive car servicing and the reassuring expertise of our highly trained technicians. Our technicians can service any make and model of car, and we only use high-quality, original specification parts as standard. We recommend you book a Full Service once every year to keep your car running smoothly.

Q. What car service should I choose?

 

Our levels of service are designed to meet the needs of all cars, whatever their condition.

Value Service - 6 month vehicle service

This designed for the high mileage car user, or where the manufacturer recommends more frequent checks between annual services. This service includes an oil and filter change, top ups of essential fluids, as well as brake, steering and suspension checks (by removing the wheels).

 

Full Service - 12 month vehicle service

This is a comprehensive annual service for trouble free motoring. It exceeds most manufacturers' service schedules, and includes checks and adjustments including an air filter change, a top up of brake fluid, power steering fluid and coolant. High quality parts are used and we check and record wear and tear items using a colour code reporting system, to give you peace of mind.

 

 

Q. What should I bring with me?

 

There are a few things you'll need to bring with you on the day, to make sure your Car Service goes smoothly:

 

Alloy wheel keys or locking nuts

As part of your Car Service, our technicians will need to remove your wheels to inspect the condition of your steering and suspension systems. Please bring your locking nuts with you, so that our team can carry out your Service without delay (we'll need to remove your wheels to do this).

 

An empty boot

Our technicians will inspect the condition and tread depth of your spare tyre, which is usually located under the boot of the car. Please empty your boot of luggage and other heavy items before you arrive at the Autocentre.

 

Your service book

We'll need to check when you last had certain items replaced, such as spark plugs, brake fluid and cabin filters. This information is stored in your service book - please bring it with you so that we have everything we need to properly assess your car on the day.
